  This is a very busy, touristy but convenient spot in Niagara. Excellent for hot days since its nice and cool inside. The menu is typical american fare and the ambiance can be attractive for families. The service is good but due to the crowds it can be quite a wait. Food is reasonable and portions are large. The staff is very friendly.

  I had my first experience at a Hard Rock Cafe this past weekend. The servers were friendly and the service was quite fast, but the food was sub-par. We ordered the nachos, which was the best part of the meal. It was a large serving and the toppings were plentiful. Following that, we had the Chicken Mac and Cheese as well as the Blackened Chicken Pasta. Both were lacking flavour, and the fried chicken bits in the Mac and Cheese tasted like frozen chicken strips from a box. On top of that, the price was too high for the quality of the food- $100 meal for two people without alcoholic beverages. I was quite disappointed.

  There was a hair in my wife’s burger, they immediately changed it for her and crossed it from the bill. So I guess they handled the situation pretty well

  Usual HRC menu. Gets busy pretty quick during evenings. Staff is great and they take care of guests well even during rush hour. Service is super fast.

  The place is AWESOME! i would definitely recommend this place for dinner (if you're willing to pay the high price). the staff are friendly and know all about the area of Niagara Falls, so you'll never get lost in the confusing streets(I did a few times :P).
