  A bit overpriced but it’s a nice getaway with your partner and you can share the jacuzzi in the room and watch tv from a nice comfortable king size bed (3 pillows between 2).

  I visited the Sterling Inn & Spa with my husband for a weekend getaway last year. We decided to take a "mini honeymoon" trip to Niagara after our wedding. We just wanted a weekend to relax and unwind. During check in, we were informed that they upgraded us to one of the best rooms in the Inn. We were very impressed with the suite; the hardwood floors, larger space, in-suite jacuzzi and steam shower are great additions and helped us feel completely relaxed all weekend. The accommodations are spacious, clean and extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast in the mornings. The French pressed coffee is amazing! Thank you to the staff, you really made this trip extra special for us. We will definitely return soon.

  I had an awesome experience. Everything about the place feels upscale from the room amenities to the staff. I would say the only negative comment I had was that it was noisy many parts of the day. We started on the first floor and we could easily hear the people above us walking around or doing whatever they were doing as well as vacuum noises from there cleaning staff both above and outside our room. Also, we didn't really have a good view but we knew that when we chose the place. It was a decent distance away from attractions that we didn't mind walking. Highly recommend the place.

  Had an evening get away at the Sterling with a great massage. The room was beautiful and loved the layout. My only complaint was that I showered after my massage and the water wasn't very warm.. showered in the morning and there was 0 hot water. We asked the front desk in the morning if they were having water issues and they said yes. When we asked if there was a memo that went out they said um no with zero apologies. Disappointing that they didn't seem to care they didn't have hot water for 2 days and didn't notify their guests.

  All in all... without a falls view, the best place to stay in Niagara and a great location being a short walk from everything. They could just do a little better... starting with that smile.

  An absolute hidden gem! This place was fantastic! Amazing romantic weekend! We have found our new getaway location. We will be back soon. The big chain hotels could learn a lot from this place. They looked after every little detail and made our stay a memorable one. The restaurant and spa were also superb!

  Restaurant downstairs called AG has lots of potential but does not cater for vegetarians. They say they do. They don’t. This is proven by the fact you have to ask as a veggie option is nowhere to be found on any of their menus. The year is now 2018.

  Second stay left a bad taste due to my phone going missing and I know for certain it was in the hotel as we didn’t leave the building till check out.
