  I drove 6.5 hours from NJ to the Niagara Falls and picked this hotel bc it was the cheapest for me and that My mistake. Front desk was very nice and accomadating when a rodent issue happened at 4am. Mouse in the room. Wasn’t the cleanest hotel. I was refunded my first nights stay and I decided to not stay the second night. They did not charge me for the whole stay but it was very disbursing to be woken up in the middle of the night by ratatouille. They switched us to another room but it was very uncomfortable. I now know not to be cheap about my Hotel choices and pay the extra money for a nicer place.

  Very poor service. They don't clean up the room. It has no maintenance. Breakfast is very basic. The shower provides a little amount of hot water. It is a very old building and it shows no maintenance and care. Though the front desk service is very kind and polite. I wouldn't recommend this place

  A decent place to stay for a night if you are willing to stay very close to the falls entrance. Do not expect very high class rooms. Just okay for a night stay. They have very limited parking space and you may have to find another paid parking if you book during any peak season.

  During our family vacation we had several rooms that were not clean, stained, or had bed bugs. The hotel is honestly in terrible shape on all levels. The breakfast that was provided was extremely disappointing. I definitely recommend spending more to get a better hotel. This hotel put a lot of strain on our family vacation which defeats the purpose of a vacation. I couldn't believe how rude the front desk was when we checked out. We had several rooms rented and got the poorest service I've ever received in my life.

  where to start counter people where nice when we checked in and help full at finding things in town. but the cleaners walked in are room multiple times with out knocking. then the life guard was late and couldnt swim tell he got there pool had no chlorine smell to it. then when we got to swim around 1030 a half hour after the pool open. the life guard opened the windows when it was about 40 °f out side if not less. will not be back unless its last option
