  Lauren is simply the best server we've dealt with. Bubbly and cheery, she somehow anticipated what we needed/wanted before we asked for it. If there was a server school, she'd be teaching it. Good job Lauren!

  Worst place in entire Niagara area, ordered chicken and two drinks, the waiters disappeared for 45 mins, I went inside to find someone. Extreme mad manager at the bar, deny that we ordered anything and wants to kick me out for no reason, holy smoke, I am gonna stand there and take that. The police came at the end, the cop is much nicer than anyone who works in that restaurant, lol

  Horrible experience, will never return. Service took forever in an empty restaurant. I got the buffalo chicken wrap, or should I say lettuce wrap. I found the equivalent to a chicken nugget worth of chicken in the entire wrap. They shoved half a head of lettuce in the wrap with salsa. Not good at all. Very dissatisfied. Plus they charged me 18$ when the menu said $14. They changed it after I noticed, always double check the prices.everythong on the menu is overpriced. My son got a pudding, they brought him a packaged pudding cup,how cheap is that?!Pop is 3.50$

  Food was great, staff were friendly. The table was a bit sticky which made me feel like it was a bit dirty and the place wouldn't have the highest quality food. I was wrong though

  Service: The servers were what made this place a 5 star. We dined here three times during our stay at Niagara falls. We were 2 families with three children. All servers we dealt with were good to deal with. However specifically, I'd like to mention service by a server named "Lauren".

  This is one of the better Applebee's I have attended. The service was very good & quick. The Steak & potatoes special was very tasty & filling. Plus it was a very clean establishment. Would definitely recommend it & I will be returning to try their breakfast tomorrow. I will be sure to update this after.

  Food: We ordered several items off the menu. Quantity is sufficient, quality good as well.
